10 dried guajillo chiles, seeded and stemmed
3 dried chile de Arbol or 1 Tbs red pepper flakes
1 11 oz can tomatillos, drained
1 garlic clove
1/4 yellow onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 Tbs vegetable oil
2 tsp kosher salt
