Rosemary Dijon Balsamic Beef Marinade

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs dijon
  • 2 Tbs rosemary, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 lbs beef, any cut you would enjoy for steak

Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Toss the steak in the marinade and chill covered for 2 up to 24 hours. Thread the meat on flat metal skewers and grill until cooked through.
