Japanese Steakhouse Ginger Dipping Sauce


Makes xx cups

Good with grilled meat and veggies on rice.


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until as smooth as possible. Drain through a fine meshed sieve and then add a little bit of the remaining solids back to the liquid if desired.
