Gyoza Dipping Sauce

Makes just under 1/4 cup

Serve with gyoza/potstickers or over sauteed shanghai bok choy.


  • 2 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs rice vinegar
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp chile oil to taste

Mix soy sauce and vinegar in a small bowl. Add the chile oil. It will make a thin oil slick on top.
