Cranberry-Orange Relish

Makes xxx cups


  • 5 1 lb whole, fresh cranberries
  • 1 very large or 2 small oranges, peeled, seeded and quartered
  • 1 c sugar

Put the orange chunks in a blender and coarsely chop. Add the cranberries and chop until the fruit bits are the size of sand. Put the contents of the blender into a bowl and stir in the sugar. Cover and refrigerate.
