Carne Asada

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds flap or flank steak
  • 2 Tbs jalapeno vinegar or white vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • 1/4 c orange juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 Tbs jalapeno, mined

Marinate meat for 4 to 24 hours.
